Business and industrial Wi-Fi is widespread as of 2007 and now
Wi-fi Technology has come to the IACS
For those out there that do not know what WI-FI is - this means
that A Wi-Fi enabled device such as a PC, cell phone, MP3
player or PDA can connect to the internet when within range of a
wireless network connected to the Internet. The area covered by
one or more interconnected access points is called a hotspot.
Hotspots can cover as little as a single room or as much
as many square miles covered by overlapping access points.
Note: Wi-Fi is available in the entire IACS facility.
